Boots were OK but the service was absolutely awful. Got confirmation of my order said shipping in 1 to 4 days. So after a week I got nothing no tracking details. I contacted the customer service sent an email asking where my order and got no correspondence from them. II searched online to try find a phone number for them but they only had email . I discovered the store was in athlone and it was call Bright style and it was this company that was selling work wear for super stuff work wear. It's now 10 day later and still nothing no tracking details and no correspondence from them by email. Again I sent another email to their customer service and again no reply. It's now day 14 and again nothing . So I send another email stating I was going to request a charge back from my bank if I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours. And again nothing so it's now the weekend and I send another email telling them I am request a charge back. But no reply. So I have to wait till Monday for banks to open to call and request charge back. Monday arrives and at about 10am I get a knock on my door and it's a delivery driver and the boots have arrived. As I stated the product is perfectly fine but I 100% would never order from them again as the delivery and customer service I'd the worst I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no correspondence from them and no tracking details. Just left thinking I'd been ripped off. So definitely would not recommend them.
