I'm usually a size 44 but go for a size 46 for comfort but your 46 is tight fitting

This is my 2nd purchase of these trousers.. Last ones i bought in wrong colour but still used them now bought proper colour and love them.. Much better quailty than expect stitching very good.. Pockets very solid.. A wee bit on the heavy side but just better quailty is all... Plan to buy at a later stage as very happy with them
