Item was too small I’ve sent many emails but they haven’t bothered replying.. poor customer service.

The score would of been higher but I sent them back the day I received by registered postt they were to small in the waist. That is over a week ago thought I might of received the bigger size I asked for, a letter was in the parcel I sent back hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
